Cook exclusively fresh and seasonal products with a majority of whole fish
Establishment Open year round
Period Summer : April to Sept closed only on Tuesday morning
Period Winter : October to March closed Sunday evening + Monday & Tuesday
Fluency in volume : 400 / 450 covered on average in summer / 50 covered on average in winter
Passionate about your profession, you are responsible for the quality of the products and the preparation of dishes
In this capacity, you coordinate the work of your team (15 people in the kitchen in the summer and 3 in the winter) supervise the cadence and guarantee the elaboration of the dishes in compliance with standards of hygiene and quality.
You also ensure the tracking of your stocks and manage your orders, management in the kitchen, technical data sheets
You are recognized for your creativity, your rigor, your dynamism and your ability to federate your team.

Salary : 3300 € Net / Month plus bonus on objectives

The position is ideally located at the beginning of January in order to take part in the Seminar with the Committee which will take place in Barcelona during 2 days and then a management training at the end of January
The opening is scheduled for 7 February 2018
