About the Position : This position is located at Agape Medical Center. The work involves standing, bending, and lifting to assist patients, and to position them for tests and examinations.
Bending and squatting is required in the assessment and treatment of patients.

Adapt treatment to new, experimental, and ground-breaking theories in the focus of diverse patient care, from inpatient to outpatient settings.
Initiate and implement strategies to evaluate outcomes of practice.
Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems.
Obtain and record a problem-oriented health history.
Order and interpret related laboratory and diagnostic tests.
Perform a systematic physical examination and interpret abnormal and normal findings to form a diagnosis regarding physical, emotional, or social disabilities.
Implement patient therapeutic care plan, with significant emphasis in the areas of patient / family education, assessment, and support.
Provide teaching to patients and their families regarding disease processes and diagnostic tests; therapeutic regimen, including medication, diet, follow-
up care; and methods of adapting medication and treatment to current lifestyles.
Coordinate and / or conduct in-service education programs for health care professionals and serves as an advisor / member of committees, as assigned.
Conduct interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary collaboration with physicians regarding patient management.
Conditions of Employment
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position.
This position requires the incumbent to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain appropriate / relevant clinical privileges.
An incumbent with a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, licensed with the Nurses / Midwifery Association and Midwifery experience are of added advantage.
Basic Requirements for Nurse Practitioner :
Education : A bachelor's degree, associate degree, or diploma from an accredited professional nursing educational program is required.

In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below :
Experience : At least two (2) or more full years of specialized experience providing healthcare services for patients (i.
e., screening, diagnostic, and treatment); preparing assessments of care / treatment for surgical patients.
Probationary period may be required.
