The Consumer Activation Executive will be responsible for implementing all consumers activities to drive awareness, trial, listings and penetration of the brand within relevant channels
To be successful the Consumer activation Executive should be able to :
identify consumer activation opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize brand penetration of the relevant channels
recruit, train brand ambassadors and equip them with relevant tools / techniques to deliver state of the art activities at respective point of sales within agreed timeline in a professional manner.
Sales Activation Responsibilities :
Mapping and segmentation of the trade / retail environment
Creating activation plans per channel types - Modern / traditional trade, wholesale / retail, On Trade and Off Trade
Creating reporting tools and ensuring proper implementation
Recruiting and training activations teams
Planning calendar of promotions per channel types
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance of various activities implemented.
Determining sales potential per channel and making recommendations.

Sales Activation Requirements :
Degree in business administration or marketing.
Good understanding of Trade segmentation and profiling
Solid understanding of Activities management from start to finish concept, implementation, report and recommendation
Proven experience with track records on activation team management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
