About Pinterest :
We’re looking for a talented Help Center Content Strategist with a passion for Pinterest, and a knack for ads product content, to join our User Education team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing Pinterest’s Business Help Center with a focus on making advertising on Pinterest approachable for all businesses, big and small.
To do this, you'll work directly with multiple teams within Pinterest to help advertisers throughout the world get discovered by the millions of people looking for things to plan, buy and do on Pinterest.
You’ll also be responsible for regularly testing and leveraging data and insights to iterate on advertising content to make sure everyone can self-serve their business needs on Pinterest.
What you'll do :
Help people advertise on Pinterest by creating high-quality Help Center content that’s easy to understand and drives action
Keep the Help Center up-to-date with new ad-related product launches and changes
Proactively test, measure, and iterate your way to excellent self-service business content
Build clear and transparent communication channels to align internal stakeholders and delivery teams
Leverage data, insights, and user feedback to improve self-service content and experience for Pinterest Business customers
Work with members of our support, product, localization, engineering and partnerships teams to improve our support and product experience
What we’re looking for :
Deep writing expertise, with professional experience writing for the web
Ability to take complex concepts and create approachable how-to guides
You've created and maintained content strategies
You understand digital ads, marketing, and measurement
Experience using testing, insights and data to support decision making and measure the impact of your content
Strong work ethic, exceptional judgment and impeccable integrity
