Job Brief :

Experienced( at least 1 year) bilingual administrative or executive secretary with accounting and financial background and computer( Word, excel, powerpoint, publisher, windows operating systems,) and Internet skills( Email, research, social media, online communication, etc.)

Responsibilities :

Taking memos and Maintaining files( administrative, finance, HR, Clients projects)

Sending and receiving Correspondences

Taking part in customer relations and experience in the company

Assist the MD & Other members of management in overseeing policy formulation and implementation of financial, monetary, economic, trade and development as well as innovation matters

Managing finances( financial plans, accounting, payments, debt recovery, etc.

Keeping records of all financial transactions

Generating financial reports such as income statements, cash flow statements, etc...

Office management

Documents preparation and Filing

Presentation creation

Answering phones

Marketing & sales of company solutions both online & offline

Other duties that will be assigned by line manager

Skills Required :

High school diploma (Must have an A level in Economics and O level mathematics) and a good knowledge of the following

Must have some basic accounting knowhow

Accounting Principles, Finance, Investor Relations

Be familiar with technology in a variety of ways

Comfortable using Microsoft Office

Email and other online applications

Good knowledge of the internet and Browsing

Good communication ( verbal & written)

Honest, Time conscious, Good altitude

Possess a laptop smartphone

Time : 8 : 00-5 : 30 P.M Mon-Fri / 13 : 00 Sat.

Benefits : Salary : 150,000 Frs

Salary : 150,000 Frs

Allowance( Transportation & Other) : 50,000 Frs

Communication & Connectivity : 10,000 Frs

Period : 3 Months probation
