Job Summary

An established non-profit is seeking a dynamic Case Manager to provide support across the North Shore! In this role you will be responsible for client intake forms, customer service functions, and any ad hoc requests that the client requires.

Additional responsibilities will include managing the client database, helping to troubleshoot any housing issues, and working internally with other Case Managers in a team oriented environment.

The qualified candidate must have a customer service focused background and a demonstrated interest in the non-profit industry.
